Transitional Kindergarten Bridge Program
2025-26 Class
Starts: Sept 2nd
Monday-Friday
9:00am - 1:00pm
This program is designed to bridge the transition from Preschool to Kindergarten in a safe and nurturing environment. We focus on Kindergarten preparedness; equipping your child with the fundamental academic and social-emotional skills needed to successfully enter School.
We believe strong foundational skills support future academic growth. Our academic focus is on phonemic awareness, leading into phonological awareness, number sense, fine motor control along with letter formation and pencil grasp. Our TK Curriculum allows students to learn through play, song, puppets, and uses the five senses. Each month we introduce a new theme, go on fieldtrips, and spend time at beautiful Phoenix Lake.
Social-emotional growth is of equal importance to academic growth. We follow Heart to Mind social learning, with a combination of a growth mindset, TOOL BOX, and zones of regulation. We believe all children want to do good. By giving them a safe space and the right tools, we believe we will be setting our students up for success on the right social-emotional journey.
After-school programming and activities are also available.
